Within the frame of “Ojos Rojos” Photography Festival 2023. RECOLETO Creative - Jávea, Spain
RECOLETO CREATIVE, in collaboration with VF Art Projects, is pleased to announced the first edition of “WOMEN IN ART”, a collective exhibition with female artists, promoting their art works, within the frame of “Ojos Rojos” Photography Festival 2023.
This first edition called “Women in Art, Stories Behind the Lens”, will be leaded by the works of the acclaimed and awarded Spanish Photographer Isabel Muñoz, counting also with extraordinary series from the young Photographers Pusha Petrov (Romania) and Brume (France). The exhibition will be completed with a special sculpture series by the artist Laura Lis (Cuba).
The opening of this exhibition will be on March 24 and 25th, 2023, as a tribute for the “Women Day” worldwide, and it will last until May 12th, 2023. The exhibition will take place at RECOLETO Creative space, based on Andrés Lambert 2 Street, Javea, Spain, and the visits will be from Tuesday to Saturday 10 AM–1 PM, 5–8 PM, Sunday 10 AM–1 PM and Monday Closed.
In parallel, a main Solo Show by the artist Isabel Muñoz will take place in Casa del Cable, presented by the Festival “Ojos Rojos”, in collaboration with RECOLETO Creative and VF Art Projects.
Finally, the documentary Angalía Mzungu ("mira al blanco") will be screened on March 25 at the Jayan Cinema.
RECOLETO CREATIVE, en colaboración con VF Art Projects, se complace en anunciar la primera edición de “WOMEN IN ART”, una exposición colectiva con artistas femeninas, promocionando su trabajo en el marco del Festival de Fotografía "Ojos Rojos" 2023.
Esta primera edición denominada: “WOMEN IN ART, Sus Historias Detrás de la Lente", estará liderada por los trabajos de la aclamada y premiada fotógrafa española Isabel Muñoz, contando también con extraordinarias series de las jovenes fotógrafas Pusha Petrov (Rumania) y Brume (Francia). La exposición se complementará con una serie especial de esculturas de la artista Laura Lis (Cuba).
La exhibición se inaugurará los días 24 y 25 de marzo de 2023, como homenaje al "Día Internacional de la Mujer", y tendrá lugar en el espacio creativo RECOLETO -con sede en C/ Andrés Lambert, 2, Xàbia, España- hasta el 12 de mayo de 2023. Se podrá visitar de Martes a Sábado de 10.00 a 13.00 horas y de 17.00 a 20.00 horas, y Domingos de 10.00 a 13.00 horas.
Paralelamente, se dará apertura a una gran exposición individual de la artista Isabel Muñoz en la Casa del Cable, Xàbia, presentada por el Festival "Ojos Rojos" y en colaboración con RECOLETO Creative y VF Art Projects.
Finalmente, se realizará la proyección del documental Angalía Mzungu ("mira al blanco") el 25 de Marzo en el Cine Jayan.
